Family with children excellent stay
The spa was incredible, my kids loved the indoor pool and we all enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that satisfied everyone in the family, from pancakes to pastries, it was like a feast every morning.
It wasn't cheap but we accepted the prices considering the overall experience.

The room felt cozy and spacious, with a lovely sitting area. Loved the charming chalet-style decor. The outdoor jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding after skiing. Breakfast had a fantastic variety, from fresh pastries to hearty options. The location was great, just a short walk to the shopping area, making it super convenient. The concierge was a lifesaver, providing insights on family activities in the area. the restaurant service wasn’t consistent. I expected more attention, especially regarding refilling water and wine. the lack of an ironing board in the room felt like an inconvenience, especially for a five-star hotel. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was worth it, but some areas could use a tweak.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the Pure Altitude Massages and the kids club offered engaging activities. The staff really knows how to make your stay special. The dining experience was top-notch, with a great restaurant and beautiful surroundings. Don't miss the amazing spa and try their outdoor jacuzzi to unwind after your activities!
The only downside was the numerous stairs we had to navigate. they could be tiring after a long day. Just something to keep in mind if you're not keen on climbing lots of steps.

Despite its allure, the room acoustics leave a lot to be desired. Noise from neighboring guests can really disrupt your sleep. While the dining options are varied, some of the meals felt overpriced given the portion size and quality, leading to a feeling of underwhelming value. The shuttle service can get crowded, especially in peak times that return after a long day on the slopes a headache rather than a smooth transition. The spa could greatly enhance the experience by offering a tranquil atmosphere less impacted by rambunctious kids.

A stunning rustic retreat
The inner terrace cocktails were a highlight. it’s super pretty! We explored the rustic decor and felt right at home. The concierge team was spot-on, always ready to help out. One night, we tried the bar, but it was a bit busy, making it hard to find a seat. Still, such a memorable experience overall!
